Harry Potter, to be continued

Yes, I have not still finished the last book. I am now at page 406 (on approx. 600 pages, I don't want to look to closely to the last page, for fear of knowing the end too soon...).

Yeah, Hermione !!

I want to finish it before next Friday, when I will fly to Tokyo (the book is too big to take it with me). I think it will be easy, pages after pages fly like a dream...

Harry Potter "Deathly hallows" and Japanese trip

Hmmm, a long time since my last post.

First, I am (not so) proud to say that I am now at page 140 of the last Harry Potter (or HP, or Henri Pottier...OK, it's not funny). I bought it on the release night at 3 O'clock in the morning, a the Smith bookshop in Paris.

The first book was sold at 1:01 in the morning (because of the one hour difference with Great Britain). I took some (funny, I hope) pictures of the wizardry crowd around, they are here

Posing
And in another very different subject: I am going to Japan for approx. 2 weeks at the beginning of August !!! Cool !!!! Unfortunately it means that I will not be able to attend to Wacken Open Air this year...

Hellfest 2007

I just finished uploading my Hellfest pics on flickr. For those of you interested, the whole set is here, and I have some more taken during the Converge gig here.

Moonspell

OK, there was a LOT of rain (and a LOT of mud too), but despite this (and a faulty organization, mostly about campgrounds which were not marked, nor drained, you can guess the consequences after such heavy rain..) it was a very good festival, with many excellent bands :
1349, Immortal, Emperor, Behemoth, Cannibal Corpse, Slayer, Enslaved, Converge :

Napalm Death, Brujeria, Neurosis, Megadeth...

Even aside the bands, and despite the rain and mud the festival was funny. There was even a hilarious mud battle at one time...
Mud battle

Emperor were the last band to perform, under unleashed elements.
Rites of the Inverted Cross
Awesome, awesome !!!
